Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped with in 24 hours of us receiving a processed payment. 

All order must be placed before 12pm to receive next day express shipping

All order placed after 12pm, will be posted on the following business day.

We are closed weekends - no orders will be shipped out on Saturday & Sunday. 

Due to price increase via Australia Post a Slight increase on postage and express postage as of the 25th of August 2022.

For shipping Australia Wide there is a flat rate price of;

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) $15.00

Express Shipping (1-5 business days) $17.00

Large item shipping cost vary based on the weight of items and will be confirmed at check-out. Refer to the description of the item to confirm the weight. 

We currently only ship Australia Wide at this point of time.

Tracking numbers are provided via email upon order fulfilment.

Please note due to Covid-19, Australia Post is experiencing some delays, we highly suggest choosing express post to guarantee your orders are received within 3 business days.

Fleek Lash Supplies is not responsible for any lost/damaged or stolen packages. We do not take any responsibility or liability for packages that have confirmed delivered by tracking, please contact your courier.

LOCAL PICK-UP NOW AVAILABLE

Please allow at least 24 hours from processed payment for this service to be available and we will contact you to confirm the timing and location of pick ups. 

Pick up Days are Monday to Thursday.

Times are arranged via Text.

Pick up is not available on Public holidays & weekends.
