Refund Policy 

This policy was modified in February 2022 and can be modified from time to time. 

 

Fleek Lash Supplies does not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind, if you found a cheaper alternative, did not like the purchase or have no use for it. 

If an item is received with a manufacturing default we will allow an exchange or a refund. 

For refunds and exchanges you must return the original item back to us within 10 working days with the original packaging and in new condition.

The products and quantity of purchase must be as originally sold packaging.

All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by tracked delivery at your expense and delivery will be refunded once goods are received.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind - only faulty products.

If products received were damaged due to postal services, this will be taken up with the courier company before refunds or exchanges are made.

​Please include your receipt/proof of payment with your returned item(s) and if required, supporting documentation and/or evidence of the manufacturing default must be provided if requested. 

Once an order has been dispatched; return postage will only be refunded if the products are deemed to be faulty.

Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 10 days of us receiving the item(s) back. Failure to comply with the stipulated time frame, may result in your refund being denied. 

 All item(s) will be accessed on return and our Customer Service Team will respond within 10 business day on your outcome.
